• Returns are accepted within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Product Condition
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• No smell, stains, makeup marks, or signs of wear are permitted.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization restrictions:
• Innerwear, underwear, and intimate garments
• Customized, altered, or personalized clothing
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
3. Return Method & Procedure
3.1 Return Method
All returns must be completed by mail only.
3.2 Return Request Process
Customers must follow this process:
1. Email a return request to support@officialrealism.site
2. Provide order number, product name, and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and receive the official return instructions
4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the approval email
3.3 Return Shipping Responsibility
• If the item delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective, Official Realism pays the return shipping cost.
• If the customer is returning the item due to size issue, preference change, or any non-defect reason, the customer pays the return shipping cost
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Approval Process
A refund is issued only after:
• The returned item is received
• The item passes quality inspection
• All return conditions are verified
4.2 Refund Timeline
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the inspection is complete.
4.3 Refund Method
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to store error.
