Returns Policy for Realism Brand Items

For Realism brand in house merchandise: Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. 

Online returns for store credit / exchanges: Please submit your return request here to process store credit / exchange. Customers will need to cover postage and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product arrives in our hands in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. Please ensure to keep all proof of shipment and tracking info.

Instore returns for store credit / exchanges: You can visit any one of our branches with your item. The item must be in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. A receipt for proof of purchase is also required

  • We do not offer exchanges on already exchanged items.
  • Sometimes, your desired product may go out of stock during the exchange process. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.

    We do not offer returns on some items, including socks, hats, and accessories.
  • Items purchased online can be returned for a store credit or exchange in-store, and vice versa. Please note if returning items in-store, proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds Policy for Realism Brand Items

If you are not fully happy with any items in your order, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund within 10 days.
