When placing an online order through Realism, all items are shipped through United Kingdom Post. Shipping estimates are therefore provided through the United Kingdom Post website once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transitcaused by United Kingdom post -we do offer insurance with shipping at checkout to fully cover you if your parcel is lost.

Returns Policy for Domestic & International Orders
For Realism brand in house merchandise: Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted within30 days.
Online returns for store credit / exchanges:Please submit yourreturn request hereto process store credit / exchange.Customers will need to cover postageand it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product arrives in our hands in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. Please ensure to keep all proof of shipment and tracking info.
Instore returns for store credit / exchanges:You can visit any one of our branches with your item. The item must be in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. A receipt for proof of purchase is also required
We do not offer exchanges onalready exchangeditems.
Sometimes, your desired product may go out of stock during the exchange process. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.
We do not offer returns on some items, including socks, hats, and accessories.
Items purchased online can be returned for a store credit or exchange in-store, and vice versa. Please note if returning items in-store, proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Policy for Realism Brand Items
If you are not fully happy with any items in your order, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund within 10 days.
